Policy

All catering equipment and supplies must be returned in full accountability. The customer will be financially responsible for any unreturned items.

Menu development can be arranged for any event. Please set an appointment at your convenience.

All catered events will be served on disposable unless the customer request otherwise. China will be additional change and customers will be responsible for coordinating china.

 

  • Order – Orders must be made 48 hours in advance. All orders will be confirmed by phone call or email. If you do not receive our confirmation by phone or email your order has not been processed.
  • Delivery and Set Up – Orders are delivered and set up by professional delivery staff for a reasonable delivery charge. Delivery set up and break down charge is $100.00. Clean up is not included in prices.
  • Tableware – We offer services ranging from disposable table ware to formal dining disposable plates and napkins are not included in the price. Non- disposable plates and silver ware are loaned on deposit.
  • Labor – Labor Prices vary on length of time. Basic charge for service is 15.00 per person per hour staff fees will be billed in separate.
  • Deposit  – 10 % percent is required to reserve a date. 50% percent is due within 14 days of event. Remaining Balance must be paid at least two days prior of event. If final billed is not paid on day of event a $15.00 dollars a day will be added until balance is paid in full.

 

Customers that are requesting Breakfast or Appetizers must contact us to develop a menu in detail for those particular events.
